Administrator & Facilities Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Administrator for our client based in Willand.

Responsibilities:

Undertake reception duties at the Willand facility, including managing room bookings, maintaining supplies, greeting visitors and ensuring their needs are met.

Process instrument hire requests, update database and deal with all associated administration and queries from customers and colleagues by telephone, email and in person.
