CHEEKI RAFKI CASE: Boss allowed 'neglected' yacht to set sail on fatal voyage, court hears

THE “cost-cutting” director of a yachting management company failed to maintain the Cheeki Rafiki and allowed the “neglected” yacht to set sail on its fatal Transatlantic voyage when it capsized killing all four crew members, a court has heard.
