CULLOMPTON MUM BECOMES TOWN’S NEWEST LETTING AGENT

Cullompton mum, Kris Romsee is taking a leap of faith to pursue a new career as a Letting Agent and Property manager.

Kris says “It really is a leap of faith I am taking because there are plenty of other Letting Agents about and most have a reputation for changing over the odds and not giving an adequate service in return. However, I believe I can fill that gap where service and price goes hand in hand and I truly think I have a great deal to offer to both landlord & tenant.”

How does she want to do this you may wonder?

Well, she works from her home office, which saves her on expensive overheads and this is reflected in her prices. However, Kris feels it is not all about price.

“Being a little bit of a one-man band I will be dealing with all aspects of the business which will leave me to offer a personal service on a one to one basis.”

Kris is only interested in taking on a limited and manageable amount of properties in her portfolio and this is another element where she hopes to outshine her competition.

“I am not interested in having 200+ properties in my portfolio; that is not what Peach Lettings is all about. It is all about raising the standards in the letting industry by offering an exceptional and personal service at competitive prices. We want happy landlords & happy tenants.”
