WHILE warmly endorsing the ‘three Rs’ (reduce, reuse, recycle) and welcoming the success of the ‘tip shop’, as outlined in Mr Debenham’s letter to the County Gazette (‘Tip shop is excellent example of ‘three Rs’, Postbag, December 28), I would note that the shop is a relative newcomer to recycling in Taunton.
