Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Plumber required for a maintenance contractor to support on a bathroom refurbishment contract and Void properties in Taunton and Wellington.

Duties will include:

– Rip out of old bathroom suite
– Install sanitary ware
– Replacing pipework when required
– Connecting & disconnecting gas appliances
– Laying new pipework
– Boiler swops
– General maintenance

You will need:

– NVQ / city & guilds in Plumbing
– CCN1, CENWAT or CEN1, WAT1, CPA1
– Gas safe registered
– Asbestos awareness
– CSCS
