Privacy Policy

Cully Online is a community website — we keep things simple and we don’t track you.

Who we are

Cully Online (cullyonline.co.uk) is a not-for-profit community website for Cullompton, Devon. You can contact us at info@cullyonline.co.uk.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply, and to publish anything you’ve asked us to share (such as an event or business listing). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability, as almost every website’s host does.

Cookies

We don’t set analytics or advertising cookies, and we don’t run tracking of any kind. WordPress sets essential cookies only when an administrator logs in; ordinary visitors can browse without any of that.

Embedded content

Some pages embed a map from OpenStreetMap. Loading it requests data from openstreetmap.org, which has its own privacy policy. Links to other websites (the council, local venues and so on) leave this site — we’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Comments & accounts

Public comments and visitor accounts are switched off on this site.

Your rights & questions

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you (usually just emails you’ve sent us), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@cullyonline.co.uk. If we make significant changes to this policy we’ll update this page.
