Our client is a market leading software and solutions provider to the Public Sector and they have an immediate requirement for a BPO Solutions Lead. The role will be home based but candidates are required to be mobile to visit customer sites around the UK.

The purpose of the role is to develop and own the BPO Target Operating Model (TOM) for Housing, to provide BPO operational bid support to the BPS
