RECENT cases dealt with by Taunton Magistrates’ Courts include: Jason Jimbob Hughes, 41, of no fixed address, drink driving, 16 weeks prison, four years driving ban; breached a community order imposed for assault by beating, four weeks prison (concurrent); drink driving, 16 weeks prison (concurrent), £115 victim surcharge, four years driving ban; two counts of driving without insurance, driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty; failed to surrender to bail, one week prison (consecutive).
