A newsagent has spoken of the frightening moment he was robbed by knife-wielding man in a Halloween mask.
Jeff Collard, 51, had been sorting through paper orders at Exe Valley News in in Bampton Street, Tiverton when a masked man entered and demanded money from the till.
Jeff told the Gazette: "It was an ordinary morning the same as any other. I was head down sorting the papers so I didn’t see the man when he fist came in.
