Newcourt Barton Farm provides single, double, twin and family accommodation. Our stylish ensuite rooms are individually decorated and include many little extras and touches to help make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Guests staying in our Bed and Breakfast can look forward to a delicious home cooked Breakfast using locally sourced produce served in the spacious dining room overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside. Choose from the Full English Breakfast or opt for a lighter alternative from the menu. Vegetarian and Special Dietary Requirements catered for. Contact prior to arrival and we will be happy to assist. Where possible we use ingredients from local Devon suppliers. Alternatively, you may prefer to take a continental style breakfast in your room. A comfortable guests’ lounge is available with TV, Videos, Books, Games, Puzzles and Piano to keep you entertained. There is also a fridge and microwave in the dining room for your own use. Children are most welcome and can enjoy the large enclosed garden with play area. A cot and high chair are available as is babysitting by arrangement.

Newcourt Barton farmhouse was built in the late 1800’s, the original farmhouse having been destroyed by a fire in 1860. In 1997 the main farmhouse was renovated to create three superb en suite rooms which now accommodate our Bed and Breakfast guests.

Just a short distance away from the Farm we have four well stocked fishing lakes, ideal for guests who love coarse fishing and want to take in the peace and tranquillity of the Devon countryside.

The large enclosed garden provides for an idea play area for children or a place to just sit and relax and take in the views.
